Hello Manchester Aquatics Centre: the new base for our running club on Thursday!

As the popularity of our Thursday runs has grown, and with consistently high numbers throughout the year, we’ve realised that we need somewhere a little bigger than the Sugden Sports Centre as the base for our Thursday runs for a variety of reasons (particularly regarding space in the changing rooms).

Our Thursday runs have grown in popularity, necessitating a change of location!

Therefore, as of Thursday 23rd October, we will be moving the meeting place for our Thursday runs from Sugden Sports Centre to the iconic Manchester Aquatics Centre. This central location is located just a short stroll from Sugden Sports Centre just off Oxford Road in the centre of Manchester.

Everything else with our run club’s Thursday evening sessions will remain the same (same core routes, same starting time, same post-run social at Via). However, we’ll have a bit more space to warm up and greater access to changing facilities.
