This section contains documentation relating to the operation of Manchester Frontrunners as a club. Our Club Constitution outlines how our running club is organised, along with the rules and regulations for its smooth running (no pun intended!)​. The MFR Committee is nominated every year at our Annual General Meeting, and their roles and responsibilities of all the positions are described in Appendix 2 of the Club Constitution.

 

We also have a Code of Conduct (Appendix 1 to the Club Constitution) which we expect all members to comply with. If any member of the club has a problem with a fellow member, we have a complaints procedure that will be followed.​ Linked to our Code of Conduct, we also have a safeguarding policy. This is in line with guidance set out by England Athletics. This is to protect any vulnerable adults, and ensure we maintain a safe space for any member and potential members. We also have a Health & Safety Policy (Appendix 3) which all members and guests are requested to read and adhere to.

Our Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which the personal data that you provide to us will be processed by us, in accordance with data protection legislation in the UK.
