Manchester Frontrunners have three regular training sessions a week:
- Tuesday evening track session
- Thursday evening road run
- Saturday morning (semi) cross country
Thursday is our most popular and well attended session and is
attended by runners and plodders of all abilities! It is always
followed by a bite to eat in a local bar/restaurant.
Saturday morning allows for a longer run, unhampered by a tiring day
at work, through the pleasant Chorlton Meadows. This is usually
followed by brunch in The Lead Station and is also suitable for all
abilities.
Tuesday evening track sessions are for those wanting to improve their speed and who are chasing that next PB!
