We start from the Sugden Sports Centre at 7pm so arrive by 6.45pm if you're changing beforehand. On average we have 25-30 runners attend each week. We have two routes, one run March - late September (Summer Route) and the other October to March (Winter Route). Both are as traffic free as possible, but given we live in the middle of Manchester, this isn't exactly guaranteed! Generally, there will be someone around who can do a shorter version of the route for those with less experience, and on your first run with us we'll make sure there is someone to run with you to show you the way.

We make no charge for our weekly run, all we ask is that you join the club by paying the annual membership if you want to run with us regularly.

There are changing and shower facilities at the Sports Centre. You'll need 20p for the lockers (remember to get a token first!) and use of the showers/changing rooms is £1.50 (payable on arrival at reception).

After the run, we head to a local eatery for drinks and food. Please feel free to make this a regular event in your diary (even if it's just for the pub bit!)
