Roles and Responsibilites
Co-Chairs
Manchester FrontRunners have two co-chairs, one male, one female. Their role is to be the first
point of contact for all new members and to represent the club to external organisations. They co-ordinate the activities of the committee and ensure the culture of the club reflects the aims and objectives of the club.
Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible for maintenance of the club financial accounts and ensuring that
funds are spent properly to promote the aims and objectives of the club
Club Secretary
The Club Secretary is responsible for administration of membership to the club including
collection of annual fees, taking the minutes of all committee meetings and the ordering
of club kit.
Communications Officer
The Communications Officer is responsible for producing the monthly newsletter and the upkeep of the website.
Training Support Officer
The Training Support Officer is responsible for coordinating all training requests and ensures that the
training sessions offered reflects the needs of the membership
The Social Secretaries organise events such as post club race socials, the annual MFR birthday and Christmas parties and ensure that all social activities are affordable and accessible to all members.
