We actively encourage and welcome new members, no matter what level
you are at, be it walking, jogging, running, sprinting or even training
for your umpteenth marathon, we genuinely have people at all abilities,
so you'll easily find someone to help you move to that next goal! Check

MFR keeps track of upcoming local races
and we usually have a few members taking part in the most popular races,
the more established runners always providing great motivation for
those just starting out! (or great competitionfor those already a dab
hand).
